JRC Global Buffet - (Near Brent, South East)

1 /5 Matt Fan: Rating: 2/10 (maybe 2.5 on a generous day) Funny how a buffet charges a service charge when it’s self-service, right? The food is edible—but that’s about as positive as I can get. Hygiene is a huge concern. People rushed to grab food, cross-contaminating dishes, which is an allergy risk waiting to happen. The worst moment for me? The sushi tongs—sitting in murky water with random floating bits. Most dishes were greasy, and nothing stood out for flavour. Food waste was high, and the staff didn’t seem surprised when people left plates half-finished. The Chinese food in particular lacked authenticity—the roast duck tasted like it had been dipped in cheap hoisin sauce, and the roast meats were bone-dry. They’ve swapped out dim sum for endless red bean buns that no one eats. The grill station was another low point—same utensils used for both raw and cooked food, which is just stomach-turning. The display setup was messy, giving the impression that staff didn’t care much about presentation or hygiene. Toilets? Let’s just say “badddddd.” One cubicle looked like someone had been sick all over it—horrendous. The bright spot was the plate-clearing team—efficient, friendly, and clearly doing their best (10/10 for them). The Indian section wasn’t bad either, though I can’t claim expertise in that cuisine. 3 /5 Olyden Johnson: JRC MARCH 2ND REVIEW Buy 1 Get 1 Free All in all I had a good time at Jrc Wembley. The issue is: is it worth £26.25 and do I need an unlimited food lunch? There were plenty of refills. Didnt really see any empty trays. Plenty of prawns, which was impressive as this can be expensive to source. Tables were cleared very quickly. So place was kept tidy. However, all trays were open and mostly un-supervised. Which means everyone is at risk from unhygienic customers. Some food items were cold from the beginning of the service. My chicken and sweetcorn soup was watered down, with hardly any sweetcorn in it. There is now a service charge added, which Im not sure what that is for as everything is self service. I would have preferred just to be charged £26.25 as the price. These are all challenges that come with all eat as much as you like buffets. So JRC shouldnt be heavily criticised for this. The question i must ask and the management must consider: Do I really need an unlimited food lunch? When I go to JRC, I need one full plate or two small plates. The rest of the time, Im eating to justify the £26 I have spent. Therefore I will only return if there is a buy 1 get 1 free or similar type of offer. I dont need to spend £26 to fill my belly. Only to overeat.

5 /5 Dae Widow: Here I am at JRC global @ Wembley! Countless times I’ve been here. I absolutely love it. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is inviting and warm. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Comfortable and cozy!!! I brought my friend with me and she’s loving it too. We were being served by Anisha. Such a lovely beautiful lady… ♥️ The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, each one bursting with flavour. But since it’s a buffet, I have no favourites, I just love every single food served, for me they’re always cooked to perfection. There’s a lot of options! And let’s not forget about the drinks! They offer everything unlimited. And you can get a variety of it! Your own choice! Overall, JRC GLOBAL buffet provides a wonderful dining experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious food and a great atmosphere. Cant wait for my next visit!!!

His service was truly exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuine. Mr. Jesus goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcome and cared for. You can really tell that this is a place where service comes first. We walked in with a smile, and thanks to him, we left with an even bigger one. 3 /5 Stitch Doughnut: Great variety of food. However, the quality is not stable. Some food are cold and too salty, plus the refill is not quick enough. It’s worth the price when it is doing buy one get one free but I don’t think I will pay full price for this buffet. Grilled section looks good, but lacks flavour and the burnt bits on the grill sticks on top the squid that I ordered, giving a bitter and unpleasant taste.
