Ke Sushi - (Near Richmond upon Thames, South East)

5 /5 Alex: We have eaten in quite a few of Twickenhams restaurants and had some great food, but I think this has to be the best and certainly one of the best Japanese restaurants outside of Central London. Service is friendly and the dishes are brought out quickly and made with care. The menu offers not only sushi but a large range of authentic starters along with some noodle and bento box dishes. We decided to order several smaller dishes and a few sushi so that we could sample more of the menu. The octopus legs with seaweed were on par with those Ive had in Japan, the chicken karage (lightly fried chicken) was superb and tender, the lightly fried tofu in broth was delicate and tasty and all of the sushi dishes were fresh and very very good indeed. To top it off, the pricing is very reasonable for the high level of quality. Will certainly return to try more. Highly recommended

5 /5 Zeytar: It was incredible. Certainly my favourite sushi spot in Twickenham. It is significantly much more authentic than its alternatives. The prices are reasonable and fairly low. Chicken karaage was crispy and juicy in the inside. The dragon roll was very good the eel was extremely soft with a nice taste and aroma. The only improvement can be done by changing the wasabi as it was not that high quality. They nigiri’s were fresh and tasty and the service was good. Definitely worth going. I will come again.

5 /5 Tyler Weber: Been going to this place for over ten years, the food is always fantastic and really delicious. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great too. I highly recommend to anyone. The small amount of tables is an added bonus as it keeps the place low-key and quiet so you can relax.

3 /5 Yanners: Would recommend Ke sushi for those who wanted to go umi but couldn’t get a table like me. I definitely enjoyed the meal but there’s still room for improvements: -karaage was very nicely done, crispy skin with tender, juicy chicken, but each piece was HUGE lol I’m used to smaller pieces but I suppose it’s just my preference. It did came quite late at the end of the meal - sushi were nice and fresh although I think they might have put a little too much sushi vinegar in the rice and therefore all the sushi were too sour for my liking but still tolerable - The tempura was definitely my least favourite and don’t recommend it as the batter was thick and also greasy which shouldn’t be the case. - Unami rice was okay but it’s a little too sweet.
