Korean BBQ House- Barbican - (Near City of London, South East)

5 /5 A H: We had an exceptional meal at Korean BBQ House. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The staff left us to grill our own meat which was lovely. The mojitos were delicious. Also we needed to pray, so the staff provided us with a prayer mat and let us pray downstairs which was so kind of them. I would highly recommend! We spent around £150 for 4 people which is a fair price for the great food we had.

4 /5 Marie Kalm: Overall, it’s a decent Korean restaurant. The bibimbap and japchae were really good and well-prepared. It’s also a halal place, so you won’t find pork dishes that are usually common in Korean restaurants. However, the BBQ meat was a bit disappointing. Most likely this was due to the restaurant’s rule of grilling the meat on paper rather than directly on the grill surface. As a result, the meat felt more stewed than grilled, which took away from the whole BBQ experience.

5 /5 Mert Acar: Finally, a fully halal Korean BBQ spot! There are plenty of places in London that claim to be halal but still serve pork, so finding this place was a relief. We had a great time here and left completely full and satisfied. The meat was tender, juicy, and packed with flavour. We even tried the dessert, which was absolutely delicious! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, they allowed me to pray in their downstairs seating area since it wasn’t open yet and provided a prayer mat to do so. May God bless them for that! We booked in advance (which I definitely recommend, as it gets quite busy), and overall, it was a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be coming back with friends!

5 /5 Chaimae Kn: Went for Iftar, they gave us 2 dates and water to break our fast. We got the BBQ set for 2, portions were really good, food tasted amazing, definitely good value for money. The meat was really tender and juicy. Defo recommend! Everything was halal!
