The food is excellent, quality ingredients, interesting combinations, carefully prepared and thoughtfully presented. The Parmesan brioche was delicious. The wine was lovely also. It was busy, a booking is definitely recommended. Atmosphere is cosy and intimate.

5 /5 Jean Valjean: I was glad to have chosen La Palombe for my husband’s birthday celebration. It was new year’s day. While most places were quiet, this place was 60-70% full. Service was good, friendly, attentive to detail, patient and efficient. We ordered soda bread, confit duck leg, beef tartare, Cornish skate and sorbets, and a bottle of Loire sauvignon blanc. We were very happy with the tastes, how the dishes were cooked, freshness and choice of the ingredients, temperatures, textures, plating and portion. One of the best food experiences we’ve had in London for the price point. The soda bread/muffins were a surprise. We did have some expectation when the booking system asked whether it’s for any occasion. Wouldn’t blame they if they didn’t do anything about it. At the end of our dinner, they gave my husband two madeleines, some of the best we’ve had. We’ve never had freshly baked madeleines at a restaurant and they were way better even compared to the better patisseries. It was a nice gesture. Ambience was good. My back was not good, and the chairs and how the tables were spaced was not the most comfortable for me. However, the overall ambience was still good. Thanks for making our birthday celebration memorable.

5 /5 kirsty brennan: Toooo good ! What a treat! Went here for our 5th anniversary and it didn’t disappoint! The service was amazing and so friendly. They personalised the menus for us which was a really nice touch. Food was insane (deffo go for the duck starter)! Then they gave us some madeleines as an extra and the chef brought them out. All the little details made the evening so special. Deffo recommend.

5 /5 Robyn Lewis: Dont have enough good things to say about this place, the food, the team, the atmosphere. I had my birthday here and I cant imagine going anywhere else where literally everyone (with a lot of foodies) couldnt stop having about the food, combined with being so very well looked after by James and his outstanding team. Every dish was perfection, great wines, outstanding service and wonderful people. Thank you for making my birthday so special Palombe. I hope Ive helped send a few more loyal customers your way :). I was having too much fun to take pictures of the delicious food on my birthday, but have plenty from our anniversary we also chose to celebrate here!
