Laughing Halibut - (Near Westminster, South East)

5 /5 Isabel Hom: Was recommended this establishment by a native to the area. The friendly customer service and great hospitality were the first things that were apparent to us as soon as we walked through the door. It did not take long to get a table for 4 despite it being packed. Our culinary steward provided us with some insights on what to order and was overall extremely kind. The food and drinks were quite tasty and fresh. They have the art of frying down to a T! Everything came out quickly with great quality despite each dish being made to order. Would recommend a thousand times over to anyone in the area. :)

5 /5 JT Lewis IV: Found as part of a Google search. Walked in, welcomed like a local. Gentlemen who greeted us on both visits was super friendly. When I first walked in, I thought oops this is "a local" they are not going to be excited about tourists. I could not have been more wrong. In fact, the gentlemen mentioned that it is "a local" but they welcome everyone. Even my daughter who hates fish liked it. We ate there one night for dinner and the next day for lunch. The halibut is worth the extra. The cod is good, but the halibut is better.

5 /5 Roger Wilkinson: Best halibut fish and chips Ive ever had. Fresh fish, light batter, fried to perfection, not oily, great chips and nice portions. Cant ask for more.

5 /5 Matt Sciacca: Great fish & chips. Excellent friendly service. Tried the haddock. It was superb. Very lightly breaded. Chips were crisp & hot. Everyone working there was genuinely pleasant. This is the spot for fish & chips in London. Nothing pretentious just a place that knows how to make their specialties.

5 /5 Becky: This place was great! My son and I ordered the large portion of fish and cheesy chips. The piece of fish was enormous! The lady that took our order was very friendly, although we went at lunchtime and they were extremely busy.
