McDonalds - (Near East Sussex, South East)

2 /5 Talia: I waited over 15 minutes for an order and it wasnt even busy. Ive worked in fast food so I can sympathise but there was literally no reason for it to take that long. I always double check my order before I leave, I checked to see one item missing. I call them up on it, they take a few more minutes and then proceed to give me the wrong item in the correct packaging. I was really looking forward to my chicken big mac, but they gave me the normal one, after me specifying that they missed my chicken big mac item. Looking over the counter, the place wasnt clean at all and myself as well as the other customers felt forgotten about...

1 /5 Georgia Bolos: I ordered a Big Mac meal to take away, only to discover once I got home that the chips were missing entirely. More puzzling still, the beef patty itself was missing a very noticeable corner. I appreciate that mistakes can happen, especially during busy periods, but the missing section of the patty was quite obvious and it’s difficult to understand how this wasn’t spotted during preparation. Unfortunately, it rather took the shine off what should have been a straightforward takeaway meal. I’m sharing this in the hope that a bit more care is taken before orders are handed over in future.

1 /5 Reilly Bloomfield: Ordered today, recieved the packaging and it was cold as well as the food. Opened the package and they had missed a big mac and fries. When we ate our food, the sauce, specifically the big mac sauce tasted off, and the fries were stone cold. The McFlurry Vanilla Cheesecake tasted out of date, and was lacking of any cheesecake. I will be trying to get my money back as my children were so excited to get McDonald’s, but unfortunately for us the closest chain to us is Tunbridge Wells. I know it has a bad reputation already, and ive had poor experiences previously. Fix up!!!

3 /5 Steve McKenzie: Food good always cooked fresh, just a shame that a member of management (Megan) was arguing with a customer who ordered a delivery didnt get all the items and received cold. Just make a customer happy and replace it gets them out the door and retuning business

5 /5 Siyan: Great experience at McDonald’s! The food was hot and fresh, service was quick, and the staff were friendly. Clean and comfortable dining area. Perfect for a quick meal or snack on the go!
