McDonalds - (Near , South East)

1 /5 Vania Vaninaell: Stopped at McDonald’s in Cobham Services (M25) for breakfast on our way to Heathrow Airport. Ordered for three people, but the muffins were rock-hard, the eggs and sausages were stone cold, and there was a horrible smell in the place. We took one bite each and threw it all away to avoid getting sick. Rushing for our flight, we had no time to complain. Avoid if possible!

5 /5 Hug Dealer: Omg, this was so so busy, which is unbelievable, ordered, and only 10 minutes to wait for food. I have never seen a McDonalds so busy. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious.

1 /5 Steven F: Worst mcds ive been in, shouts out my number and slams my bag on the counter, chicken selects were on point but lets face it, whats hard about fried chicken, fries were just warm, and the big mac, terrible, the pickle was thicker than the meat. And toooooo much sauce, made my big mac a soggy mess. I remember when the big mac was the it sxxt, now its crap. Think you need to train your staff better on how to serve customers and how to make a burger. The only thing decent was the diet coke.

5 /5 Emilia: Visited on a Saturday afternoon, and as expected for a major motorway service area, the food court was extremely busy. ​The main issue appears to be staffing; the unit felt significantly understaffed for the volume of customers, leading to long queues and tired-looking, stressed employees. I ended up feeling too overwhelmed to wait and lecture tired staff about the order issues, which is frustrating. ​Speaking of issues, two things are consistent here: ​Missing items: Part of the order was missing (again). I need to remember to check everything before leaving, but it’s a recurring frustration. ​No Napkins: Takeaway orders consistently come without napkins. ​Also, the advertised Wi-Fi in this area was not working during my visit. ​On the positive side, despite the rush, I was able to easily find a clean table in the food court, which is a definite plus for a busy location. The food itself was the standard McDonalds fare. If you visit on a busy day, prepare for a wait and make sure you verify your order before you leave the counter.
