McDonalds - (Near Redbridge, South East)

3 /5 Anna Lukacs: I received well-presented table service and, with the help of a manager, was able to sit by a window as those tables were initially occupied by couriers. The meal itself was nice, but the overall experience left me wondering why the atmosphere felt slightly off.

5 /5 Captainpubwatch: The shift manager today deserves five stars by herself - she was excellent. So friendly and polite, and service was so fast too. We really thought she made a difference and were so impressed. Great work!

2 /5 Akbar Chaudhary: The receipt attached to the food was ineligible because ink in the ink pad ran out. The cashier should have noticed it but she/he didn’t bother. Part of the order was Med Sprite Zero but it had no taste was like drinking water. Rang McDonald at Barkingside around 20.30 but nobody answered the phone. Very disappointed.

1 /5 Johan (CheekySaffer): Unfortunately the closest branch to us is Barkingside , which the app choose for you and I would give anything to avoid online orders from this one franchise location. They simply can not pack an online order without missing something. So much so that UberEats accused us of lying to get refunds as every order is missing items. Its also stupid that you have to complain to UberEats, even though the order was placed using the McDonalds app. Surely the contract is with McDonalds, not UberEats? Whoever is in charge of checking the order at this branch needs to be able to read the order and then be able to pack a paperbag.

4 /5 Steve: Its a McDonalds, not much parking available as its on the high street and no drive through. A lot of a Uber eats or Deliveroo orders which seems to be prioritised first which is annoying for customers that place their orders in store. Food is standard but service is slow, so dont come here if you are in a hurry.
