Lauren Tonks We discovered this lovely restaurant in the summer and have been a few times since. We took the kids last night for an early dinner and it was perfect. Food is delicious and service is wonderful. Its about a 20 mins drive for us, so not super local but well worth the trip. Our new favourite!

Mystery Jinn Came with my work colleagues for the Banquet menu ÂŁ15.95 for Starter, Main, Side, Rice or Nan. Good value. Good taste. One of the best Prawn Puri I have had for a long time.

Nicola Lester We had an amazing meal in one of the private domes, the dome was lovely, warm and cosy. The food was amazing, and the staff were brilliant and added a lovely touch to our desert after learning it was an anniversary celebration. Thank you for making it special. We will definitely be returning

Andy Low We had a lovely brunch at The Handle Bar Kitchen in Oxford and truly enjoyed the experience overall. The service was superb — our waiter was very helpful, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, which really added to the pleasant atmosphere. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared, making it a great spot for a relaxed brunch. The cozy setting and welcoming staff created a warm and inviting vibe that we really appreciated. The only small downside was that the smell of the food lingered a bit, leaving a slight odour on our clothes and hair after we left. It didn’t spoil the experience, but it’s worth noting. All in all, a wonderful place with great food and excellent service — we’d definitely come back again! ⸻

Priscilla ACS I walked up and down Banbury Rd looking for a decent brunch place without an extortionate price point and ended up deciding to go to Gloucester Green for the stalls. Turns out Id missed the stall opening times but walking away made me see this cafe - much to my luck. The decor is warm and homely. The staff were friendly from the start. The atmosphere was relaxing. The menu selection was vast and at respectable prices. The coffee was strong (which is a nice kick/ change to the generic coffee shops because did I order coffee with a splash of milk or milk with a splash of coffee). And the food!!! Made with love and full of flavour. I did the happy dance we women do when the food is amazing! Take my money, Spires!

Ali Kellaway Lovely date night. Food was superb. Busy but not too busy. Felt very comfortable. I can HIGHLY recommend bouillabaisse and the Tart Tattin (must get). Notes for improvement (nitpicking): Service felt a little fast (not good times, quick is good) it was like the were trying to get us out almost. Ordering and such felt a little rushed. It was far too warm in there for me.
