5 /5 Bhav Thakrar: Awesome experience at this restaurant. Service was great. Food was really nice and atmosphere was on point
We were greeted by who I assume is the manager. Told him we had a reservation and we were promptly seated. He said you are here for a birthday (mine). In the last 10 years I’ve booked through various booking apps and I’ve mentioned birthdays/anniversaries etc and he was the first one to acknowledge it.
Jay was a great host. Thank you. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
5 /5 K B: Lovely place if youre looking for a calming atmosphere with delicious authentic food with distinct flavors. Portion sizes are also generous! Would highly recommend!
5 /5 Elle Jiver: This place is wonderful. We came here for lunch before seeing a play at the gatehouse, and so glad we did. The food was wonderful, the restaurant is gorgeous, beautifully appointed, and Victoria, the only staff member of duty at the time, was astonishingly good! Wonderful food, and very well priced. Cant wait to go back.
5 /5 Kay Marie: This place is 10/10 for food and service. The menu is great, so many choices. The food is super tasty and the service is like no other! Our daughter celebrated her 10th Birthday here today and the staff made it special for her, without any requests from us! Wow. We are so grateful. The best Indian restaurant in London! X
3 /5 Ankan Singhal: This is a very cute and cozy looking restaurant.
I went to this place with a group of 6 friends. We ordered following vegetarian dishes:
Pao Bhaji, Idli Sambhar, Vada pao with chips, schezwan paneer. We also ordered mango lassi and Nimbu pani.
Pao Bhaji was really good and comes with chips. Pao Bhaji tasted so good that we reordered it but to our disappointment it was not good the second time. I never thought that the restaurant will not maintain consistency in their dishes.
Schezwan paneer and idli sambhar were good, no complaints.
The biggest disappointment was the vada pao which did not taste like vada pao at all. The fried patty was very oily and vada pao didnt have the garlic chutney or any chutney.
Drinks were okay, mango lassi was quite good.
The chips were soggy in all the dishes. The service is very okay, we asked for salt which never arrived on the table
The service is super slow but atmosphere is good given how pretty the restaurant is.
All in all it was a very okay experience for the price you pay.
Nicholas Michaelides Bad service with a smile. We ordered 2 soups that take 40 mins to arrive and which was really average. 1 waiter servicing both inside and out who kept apologising saying that it’s really busy. Would not recommend
Justin Rowlatt Sylwia and Valentina are the most charming serving staff you could ever hope to meet. Delicious bread and cakes served with a smile and a laugh.
Elena Thornley I recently had the chance to come for a lunch visit here after walking by it a few times. The waiter was kind to recommend a few dishes as there’s a lot to choose from. We took some recommendations which were the takoyaki and yum hotate, which were very delicious. The vibe was quiet and easy to talk. Overall, a pleasant meal and visit. I would recommend and come again.
Emek Eren As soon as you walk in you can tell how loving and caring this restaurant is. It genuinely feels like a whole community instead of just a restaurant. The food is beautiful and fresh. It is one of the best pizzas Ive ever tasted. Their turkish food is perfect just as if you walked into a restaurant in Türkiye. I would definitely recommend the Lahmacun, the spices, meat, dough and salad is truly perfect. The service is genuine, generous, polite and care for you with everything they have. If you can, please give it a try as you will fall in love. thank you to the chef and kind staff :)
Helen Hampton We had a fantastic meal on Sunday for a family birthday. From easy booking by email to fantastic service and delicious food, we couldnt have been happier. Warm, welcoming and we will definitely be back. Thank you for looking after us so well.
