Nandos Uxbridge - (Near Hillingdon, South East)

1 /5 Angie E: First and last time I am ever visiting this branch in uxbridge. It was one of the worst unclean branches of Nandos that I have been to. There was food bits all on the ground. We were waiting for around 30 minutes to be seated after which the staff cleaned our table, dropping the food bits off the table onto the sofa we were about to be seated in. We came here for our anniversary and didnt enjoy the atmosphere at all. Will not visit again. Even the coleslaw tasted off.

5 /5 Océane “Reading Through the Waves”: Second time trying Nandos food, first time in this one though, I had an amazing time and the food was amazing ! As good as it was the Caesar Salad with chicken is on the pricier side... The hosts were nice and helpful, special shout-out to Ellie (not 100% sure of the nametags) who was the sweetest ✨

1 /5 Barham Talib: Terrible experience. We ordered corn, and it was completely burnt. I asked them to replace it, and they did — but unbelievably, the second one was just as burnt. On top of that, I ordered pineapple, and instead of grilling or preparing it properly, they just brought it out raw. Totally unacceptable. It felt like they didn’t care at all about quality or customer satisfaction.

5 /5 R: SHOUT TO KOKO! I ordered a very last minute deliveroo order and KoKo called up to say they ran out of some chicken but she was sooo amazing on the phone and her customer service was literally 5 stars! She made up the missing chicken and the food was ten ten. Thank you Uxbridge Nando’s and KoKo who was honestly very helpful and top service!
