While I understand that £100/kg is reasonable for a tuna of excellent quality, the piece I received was extremely tough — I wasn’t even able to cut it properly with a sharp knife, and it was only edible once cooked. This is unacceptable, quality has strongly decreased recently.

5 /5 A T: We been help yesterday from Riccardo. He’s been amazing! Helpful and patient, sharing tips for us. He suggested to us a fish to be Baked and it was excellent! The freshness was unique. We made the raw red prawns as a tartare and they melted in your mouth! We love fish and, being Italian and Spanish, weve always eaten locally caught fish.

5 /5 Jed Sanders: Best salmon Ive ever bought. It was so fresh it practically melted. I also appreciate that they have a great selection of pre-prepped items like tartare and poke bowls for when you’re too busy to cook from scratch.
