5 /5 Noor Almadani: The breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced. Eliana was incredibly kind and welcoming it truly felt like being in a family home. The atmosphere was relaxing, with Turkish classical music playing in the background. I especially loved the sausages and eggs, and the complimentary tea was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend this place. I haven’t found a better breakfast spot in Brighton.

5 /5 Nichole Mendoza: Jack was a fantastic server! Very friendly and attentive; really enjoyed our experience here. The food is really well-made and juicy. We particularly recommend the lamb shish, which was far more juicy than anything else and seasoned perfectly! Very nice salad; great service!!

5 /5 Vanessa: Fantastic food and service. The £15.95 menu was perfect! 3 of us and added a few extra starters. We could have just had what we ordered as the portions were very generous. The Turkish red wine was very good. The houmous with fried lamb is so delicious and cooked to perfection. We ordered chicken wrap. The wrap was slighted griddled so this added so much flavour. Full of salad and added a little garlic sauce and chilli in a separate pot to dip into. Prices are reasonable. Very very good Turkish food.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a cozy interior and friendly staff who made us feel at home. The food was absolutely delicious! We tried a variety of dishes, including the Adana kebab, fresh salads, and flavorful soups – all beautifully presented and full of authentic Turkish flavors. The grilled meats were juicy and perfectly seasoned, while the homemade bread and dips were the perfect complement. The service was outstanding – attentive but not intrusive, with great recommendations from the staff. The portions were generous, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite. If you’re looking for a genuine taste of Turkey in Brighton, Pamukkale is the place to go. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be returning soon!
