4 /5 James Sainsbury: Its an Interesting cross between bar and café. My only real criticism is there is nothing really tying the place to a brilliant brewery. A small but varied menu and reasonably vegetarian friendly. Reasonable priced and friendly staff.

5 /5 Mark Girling: Been to their tap room so was keen to try this new venture. Really liked it - excellent food, friendly to accomodate our group of 7 and decent portions. Had the crab on ciabatta, two of the party split the eggs as portion was so large. Came away with a few cans as well for the journey home. They might want to consider so more places to put bikes - there is a small pavement post for this but could be bigger. Would return

5 /5 Vejay Patel: Absolutely blown away by how wonderful our meal was. We found the restaurant almost by accident for a birthday meal. The best scotch egg Ive ever had. All of the dishes were wonderful. Arla looked after us marvelously. This place deserves a Michelin star. We really landed on our feet there.

5 /5 Daniel Waite: Incredible food and staff! I dont normally write reviews because I always suspect that bots are behind a lot of them but this place truly deserves to be talked about. We were there for a 40th birthday party and the staff and food were just amazing. The manager was wonderful, a natural hostess whose patience and knowledge were unimpeachable. The food was lovingly made, sizeable portions and spectacular taste, we were all so impressed we had to go to the kitchen to applaud the chef. A truly memorable and warm experience, one that no review could truly do justice to. Do not miss this place!

4 /5 Kate L.: Nice concept but needs some improvement. The olives from Spain were really great. The Arancini, delicious. The crab Thermidor Mac n cheese also good. The scotch egg was very good with a crunchy and well seasoned exterior and a perfectly cooked egg. Sadly, the steak that was ordered medium rare was closer to rare leaving the fat not rendered and an overall chewy experience - would also be better sliced as it was a sharing plate which made it a bit difficult to slice and share. Was hoping for good desserts but unfortunately the meringue in the Eton mess was soggy rather than crunchy and didn’t execute the overall experience of an eton mess. Coffee and beer were great. Friendly and helpful staff.
