1 /5 Christina Clementson: Ordered a delivery and it arrived 40 minutes after leaving the shop. Stone cold when it arrived. Had to put it in the oven to reheat. Called the London Road branch to find out where the order was and was met with indifference. What a waste of money. No wonder Pizza Hut has gone into administration!

2 /5 Nathan: Ordered on pizza hut website, this branch have decided to use Deliveroo ah-hoc to find drivers to do deliveries. Delivery driver never delivers pizza. I have no way of contacting driver nor Deliveroo about the order. Driver calls to say that hes been given wrong address by branch. Call pizza hut and no response, theyve shut doors. Money spent, no food after an hour wait. Update: Pizza Hut arranged a swift refund the following two days, a relatively easy process. Frustrating nonetheless but I appreciate their help.

1 /5 nowat: Some reason we decided to try PH rather than our usual PapaJohns, Dominos or our local. extremely poor, do not recommend and never again! We waited 2 hours from when the order was made and it was not being picked up. no one picks up the phone ever either, so no chance in resolving with them directly. after waiting for 2 hours, we just gave up and cancelled the order and went with someone else. completely useless - dont bother.

1 /5 Manpreet Singh: I have ordered Pizza today which was pathetic. Pizza is completely rubbish. You can compare straight to uncooked dough. Pizza was pan pizza which was uncooked from centre and only margins or borders are cooked. Well which win for them. Atleast they tried to cook but did ony 10% of their Job. I always put good reviews as I count under Uk 10% finest google reviewer.I would recommend eating or delivering from Pizza hut London Road Branch. Hopefully they should upgrade their services.

1 /5 Ramon Fajardo: I ordered Mega Deal which included 2 large pizza and a side a a 1.5 litre of drinks. The delivery came but the drink is missing as the delivery man they did not give any drink to him which is very clearly shown in receipt attached to the pizza box. Try to call them but no answer. Don order in this location. Not supposed to put any star but the system doesn’t allow it.
