5 /5 Sarah Ali: I love pizza express, i always go to the one at ruislip, thought i’d try uxbridge, and its just as awesome!! Food was served fast enough, Desserts were delicious.. Overall nice experience will recommend to others!!!

2 /5 Ana Maria Calugar: My friends and i came to this establishment as a little reunion dinner as we all came back from uni for christmas. Let me tell you one thing; this experience was awful and i vow to never come back. We were sat down near the front entrance which we didnt mind, but not given enough menus for our table. While my friend was placing her order, i was asking my other friend sat next to me if she wanted a starter. However i was VERY rudely interrupted by the waiter saying, EXCUSE ME, and waving his hand in my face to get my attention, all to ask if our table had any allergies, when he should have asked before my friend placed her order. We had asked for tap water, and when he brought the water, no glasses accompanied. We had one glass on the table so we asked for a couple more. He brought back four glasses, meaning we had five glasses sat on the table. While we were waiting for our food, another waiter came and gave us menus! I was appalled by the unorganised manner of this restaurant! Our dishes finally arrived, and we were happy, until i realised my friends pizza had no mushrooms, even though it was an olive, mushroom and ham pizza! I had also got the same thing, but the classic instead of the romana, and it came burnt with a tower of mushrooms, with a rogue onion peeking out! I have linked the photos below. We asked for the bill, and as we are uni students, we opted for the discount on unidays. The waiter just seemed so irritated of us asking to do this for no reason, we felt very unwelcomed. Overall, the poor quality of service and extremely uncomfortable atmosphere meant that our dinner was ruined completely and we will not be coming back unless something drastically changes. *Mic drop*

2 /5 Serena Bottinelli: PizzaExpress is by far my favourite restaurant in London, which is why I’m leaving this review. I genuinely want to keep coming back to the Uxbridge branch and hope to see some improvements in customer service. The restaurant was very well staffed, so this wasn’t an issue of being short-handed. However, many of the waiters appeared inexperienced and quite slow, which unfortunately made the service frustrating at times. Staff were often standing around chatting while tables were waiting to order or needed clearing. It was quite difficult to get anyone’s attention, and despite trying multiple times, we had to repeatedly wave just to place our order, which became irritating. When ordering, I specifically asked twice for a side dish to be brought out as a starter, but it never arrived with the starters. We had to ask several times while the rest of the table had already finished eating. When the side finally came, it was unfortunately incorrect and had to be sent back and cancelled altogether. That said, the pizza itself was lovely as always, exactly what keeps me coming back to PizzaExpress. I also want to highlight that the manager was clearly working extremely hard, constantly running around the restaurant trying to manage everything. It really feels like the team would benefit from better training and coordination, as several nearby tables were also openly complaining about the service during our visit. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback because I truly enjoy this restaurant and would love for the overall experience to match the quality of the food. Please fix this, I’d really like to return to a much improved service experience.

5 /5 Souparnika V P: Had a great experience here! The food was fresh, tasty and exactly what you expect from a pizza place. Special mention to DANIEL, who really made the visit memorable. We had a lovely little conversation that made me feel less like being served and more like being hosted by a friend. He was welcoming, genuine and attentive which made the whole experience feel personal and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic meal with outstanding service!!
