2 /5 D Neal: No breakfast available, we were not informed before check in that this was the case. Cant make tea because the kettle was filthy, boiled water should not be white and cloudy. Room was not particularly clean (toe nail from previous guest on the floor) even though our early check in was delayed because house keeping was cleaning the room. Worst Premier inn we have stayed in.

5 /5 Remington Ellington: ​I have stayed in many hotels, but I can truly say that my recent experience at the Premier Inn Wembley featured one of the best guest interactions I have ever had. This was largely thanks to Bradley, who provided a level of service that was nothing short of extraordinary. ​From the moment we arrived, Bradley made us feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. He wasn’t just "doing his job"; he was genuinely invested in making sure our stay started on the right foot. I was a bit undecided on which room would be best for us, and Bradley was incredibly informative and patient, walking me through the options until I felt completely confident in my selection. ​What really set the experience apart, however, was his personality. He is absolutely hilarious and his conversation made us feel like we were in the company of a friend rather than just a hotel staff member. It’s rare to find someone who can balance professional expertise with such a warm, engaging, and funny demeanor. ​The stay itself was wonderful, but Bradley’s service was the highlight. He represents the very best of what hospitality should be and made me feel 100% confident in choosing Premier Inn. If you’re staying at Wembley, I hope you’re lucky enough to be greeted by him! ​Thank you, Bradley, for making our trip so memorable!

1 /5 Roger Moore: Was a good hotel but now gone downhill. Rooms grubier than they used to be and staff unhelpful. No breakfast although the app was trying to sell it to us, why is no breafast available on a busy sun morning. Bar closed early on saturday night. This is just ridiculous as everybody staying was attending gig at the arena yet you do not offer a bar service after the gig? Previously the bar has been open alot later. As with a lot of things nowadays, you seem tk pay more but get less, cetainly the case with this hotel now. After many visits will not now return.

5 /5 Chanelle Lorreta: We had the most wonderful stay at Premier Inn London Wembley Stadium and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. The team were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, welcoming and genuinely kind. We were staying for my daughter’s 4th birthday and when we went out for dinner, they surprised us by decorating our room with balloons. They also left a goodie bag full of treats and a birthday card, which I thought was such a thoughtful and sweet touch. It really made her day (and mine too!). Room service was great.. the room was cleaned beautifully and the bedding was changed really well. Everything felt fresh, comfortable and spotless. The location is perfect. It’s right next to London Designer Outlet, so there are loads of restaurant options, breakfast spots, coffee places and even a Cineworld. Being directly opposite Wembley Stadium was amazing too, we requested to move rooms and ended up with a great view of the stadium! Transport links are brilliant. It’s a short walk to Wembley Park Underground Station, with plenty of buses nearby as well. We went into central London for the day and it was such an easy, straight route on the Jubilee line. For those that drive there’s a car park directly opposite the hotel and if you stay longer than 6hours you can get a discount from the hotel. I’m not sure about prices but looking in advance would be helpful. There’s also a lovely little kids’ playground just downstairs outside the outlet, which was perfect entertainment on the slower days when we didn’t want to venture too far. There are so many great photo spots nearby too. The purpose of our trip was to visit the Mundo Pixar Experience and Bubble Planet, and both were literally around the corner – about a 7-minute walk (if you walk fast like me!). Overall, the hotel was so clean, accessible and felt incredibly safe. I especially appreciated the key fob access for every door, and the added security of the main doors being locked late at night. Travelling alone with my 4 year-old, I felt completely safe the entire time. I would definitely stay here again. The staff truly made the experience even better.
