1 /5 farhan: shop was dirty, prices are extortionately high for such meady food, long service times. The bbq chicken pcs that I ordered tasted and felt like it was multiple days old and just microwaved. Chips were very underwhelming.

1 /5 Lola W: Asked for 4 orders of “6 wings and chips” got 4 orders of “4 wings and chips”, whilst paying the price of £21 (5.25 for each portion). Only saw 4 wings after we had left. 10 minute waiting time as well. Will not be coming back. We ordered in person and collected in person, not through any delivery app. On Sunday 21st April, at around 1:30pm, so it was not busy. Got scammed out of 8 wings!! Furthermore, we didn’t get a receipt so we cannot ask for a refund. Always ask for a receipt and watch that your food is done correctly. In the photo, you can clearly see 4 wings. In summary, AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!

2 /5 Darren: Bullish aggressive customer service. Do not put yourself through the ordeal of conversing with certain staff members! to be patronised and talked down too, without provocation. I Ordered all the food and said,”can you please put sauce on three of the meals please?” I was told they don’t do that and they will fill up 3 pots and charge me silly prices for each pot. I said,” just give me the meals and I’ll squirt the sauce from the bottles from the tables and then fully wrap the meals to take away.” They wouldn’t allow me to do this and said,” that I’d have to pay for the sauce,”even though it’s sitting on the tables to use when eating in. I said ,”forget the sauce” and on the way out I called them to show them I was putting their sauce on the meals; because of how rude and money hungry they are… sauce-stortion is extortion. Not a nice place, at all and terrible customer service. Hopefully sauce-gate is over now and not still common practice. No idea if the foods any good as it was cold after all the tumultuous fun…
