4 /5 Jo T: I love this little park cafe ( it’s better than the the Parliament Hill or Golder’s Hill ones imo) the Bureks are huge and delicious . You can also order a pizza to go . What I like about it is , it feels like a proper little cafe and not just a typical park cafe that has little to no character . I really like the dark wood it gives it a mid century modern feel that makes me actually want to go and sit in there . It’s particularly calm and quiet during the weekdays , the weekends are a lot busier .

However the aroma from the kitchen was so beckoning that I ordered the Ushtipka (meatballs with cheese sandwich), which was absolutely delicious. There is a wonderful buzz around the place and it is apparent that the café fulfils a useful function within this great community. The coffee was also first class. For freshly prepared food of this standard in an independent family run establishment the price was reasonable

A few years ago during the summer, we stopped in for a delicious spread of pizza, hotdogs, chips, milkshakes, and coffee. This recent visit was a bit unplanned. A sudden spring rain shower had us seeking refuge, and your cafe was a lucky find! We warmed up with hot chocolate and some yummy desserts for the kids. For myself, I enjoyed a coffee latte and my friend opted for a cappuccino with oat milk. She also mentioned that you have delicious savory pastries called burek, and let me tell you, she was right! Oh my goodness, the burek was fantastic! As someone whos currently avoiding sugar, the hot, crispy exterior and soft interior were a delightful treat. We tried the burek with spinach and cheese first, which was incredible. We loved it so much, we even ordered another one with just cheese for a slightly saltier option – equally delicious! Your cafe has a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff is fantastic. Weve thoroughly enjoyed both of our visits and will definitely be back again soon. I highly recommend this cafe! You wont be disappointed.

5 /5 Joseph: A wonderful little café situated in the quiet but spacious Childs Hill Park. They serve authentic and homemade food, fresh and soft bread, and various drinks and ice creams. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and quick. There is a little indoor seating but plenty of outdoor seating on all sides of the restaurant, all bathed in sun and a little bit of shade. A lovely little spot to grab a small bite, and enjoy a coffee in a park.
