Rosso Restaurant - (Near Redbridge, South East)

2 /5 H F: We were rushed the whole time and made to feel an inconvenience. A sign on the table telling us we needed to leave by 8 (2 hours). Waiting staff were obviously being rushed and told to clear up quickly. The bill was put on the table without anyone asking for it and the maitre d was clearing the table when we were still sitting there, putting on our coats. Poor service, not made to feel welcome at all. Shame as a lovely venue and nice food.

5 /5 Katie: Wonderful place, I ate at the terrace and it was lovely and cosy. The food was amazing and the service was great ! Food came quickly and everyone was so friendly and welcoming when you get to the door! Me and my friend shared the starter of the bruschetta, and had spaghetti meatballs and carbonara. Then we had the tiramisu and it was splendid! I would definitely go again !

1 /5 Sarbjeet MannSingh: What an awful experience. From the ordering to the quality of the food to the service. Wanted to order starters first then mains not allowed have to order in one go. One woman who should not be in service industry brought mains while we had only just started on starters and I had specifically said starters first. Bolognese bland no taste and had to hunt down bolognese in it. Cost savings to the extent you’ve charged us £11 for 30p pasta with the tiniest amount of meat is disgusting. We were leaving after paying the bill and one woman was asking us if we want dessert as we are approaching exit, we’ve already paid and are leaving, why would you ask someone if they still want dessert? Multiple people serving the same table no communication between staff. Will not return. Used to be great but now awful.

1 /5 Daniel Herrerías del Pino: Very rude owners making us feeling uncomfortable from the begging. Rushing us and looks they were telling us off because we were taking time sharing before ordering. Straight up scolding us about having our jackets behind the chair. Only nice with other customers but not with us. Bringing us the bill without asking for it like we were unwanted guests and even mocking us behind our back. The food is good but the 2 older owners have no idea about customers service. I will never be back again.

5 /5 Johnathan Skailes: Every Sunday I enjoy a Rosso’s Takeaway/Magners Cider. Most of my Birthday’s I have dined here for many years. I’ve Tried all the Pizzas/Spaghetti Bolognaise/Meatballs. My Favourite is Chicken Kiev/Homemade Lasagna. Homemade Desserts&daily specials are excellent The staff are friendly/efficient. I can’t fault any aspect of this Restaurant and the outside patio is Lovely in the Summer. Well done and Thank you.
