Shake Shack Covent Garden - (Near Westminster, South East)

4 /5 Martin Reviews: Shake Shack in Covent Garden has a fast-food setup with easy self-ordering kiosks and a lovely eating area, especially with the Christmas decorations adding a nice touch. The food was delicious with generous portions — I had the marinated shallots ShackBurger, which was packed with flavour. With burgers around £10 and chips about £7, it works out to roughly £20 per person.

5 /5 Sofi S: Double cheese burger and double white truffle burger with fries with bacon and cheddar. Super!! You have to order and then wait “outside” that is inside the apple market for your order. There is a reserved space to Shake Shack with tables both inside the market and outside (street part)

1 /5 Peter Pentz: The burger was small but very tasty. The chips were cold at first, but a new batch I got later was much better. The service was very slow and the prices are far too high for what is basically fast food. The bins were overflowing and the place looked messy. Not worth the hype or the price. I will not be back. There are much better options nearby.

4 /5 Hannah Crutcher: Reposting as posted on wrong account! First time visiting a Shake Shack. It was a Saturday afternoon so understandably busy, but there was only one person on the till and they only have 2 self serve tills. This meant it was a good few minutes before I could order. The food then didn’t take long to come and it was very good. I had the chicken burger and would have it again. I bought the brownie milkshake and it was good but didn’t have any of the brownie pieces advertised which was a shame. The main reason I am leaving this review, though, is to recognise one of the staff members, Daniela. My sister has mobility issues and was struggling at this stage. We found a seat and didn’t know how to order etc so Daniela made sure my sister stayed put and brought me in and showed me where the menus and ordering systems were. I witnessed her give multiple people directions and recommendations on places to go. She also had to deal with a group of people who weren’t the kindest and showed nothing but professionalism. She was taking trays from people as they were walking up to the bins and thanking everyone. She kept the place clean and was always on the go, we didn’t see her stop once! She was just altogether a lovely human being and definitely is an asset to the team.
