1 /5 Jai R: Placed an order via Uber for collection, was waiting a good 40 minutes in the store, lady at the counter gave me a bag that I knew was not my food so I told her it’s not mine as I did not order that much food. She then insisted I had a friend come and collect my order which I said is not the case, if it was why wouldn’t I take the first order she gave me with more food? She didn’t want to fulfil the order regardless of watching me stand there for 40 minutes waiting for my food. Awful service and there were lots of other people waiting in there too being treated poorly.
