Kieran Griggs Regular stayer. Pretty much faultless. The rooms are spotless and the housekeeping ladies do an excellent job turning a room around even in busy times. Front of house is a bit dated now but the service provided by the staff is excellent very happy to accommodate even the most tiresome of visitors. Nothing is too small or big for all the staff who are very attentive and have a great positive attitude. Jesvil is very good as the manager, and has his staff/colleages are a tribute to him. Great team. Ultimate Wi-Fi is faultless too.

This Turkish family-run spot serves fresh food made with love, and the friendly staff make sure you feel right at home. Nothing is too much trouble, and they’re always happy to cater to your preferences. The menu offers an impressive variety, including all-day breakfasts—a real bonus for night workers. We had the mixed doner kebab, which was not only generous in portion but also great value for money. Every bite was flavourful and satisfying. A must-try is their family chilli sauce. Thick, creamy, and unforgettable, it adds the perfect touch to any dish. Whether you’re after a hearty meal or just a friendly atmosphere, Jenny’s delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended!

Kimberley Maier Spent a night here after a flight cancellation. The check in process was simple, and we got our room keys quickly. We then went to the restaurant for a late dinner. The waiters were incredibly kind and attentive, and were also very knowledgeable about the menu and potential allergens. As others have mentioned, one lift was out of order but we didnt have to wait long for the one that was working.

Kymber Daniels Doroszuk Best Thai food in west London! The owner is a brilliant chef and makes the incredible Crispy Beef, Pad See Ew, mango sticky rice, and more. Even the spring rolls are dream worthy, and have ruined all other spring rolls for me. We wish we could eat there everyday!
