Smacks Orpington - (Near Bromley, South East)

4 /5 truth always: Good food, excellent and friendly staff but the air conditioning is very cold. last night we decided to dine in and it was extremely cold and unbearable while eating our milk inside Smacks Orpington. I hope they will adjust and change the thermostat/ temperature of the air conditioning to allow and make sure that customers are comfortable inside while eating their food.

1 /5 Vicki Andrews: Ordered through uber eats! Delivery over an hour and a half late and absolutely stone cold! Called restaurant and was hung up on 4 times. Was told we were speaking to a new member who didnt understand but was transferred to a manager 3 times! Delivery driver evened up collecting the order between 3rd and 4th call ( which I didnt find out until later after the fourth hang up) asked delivery driver if everything was there when dripped off but he ran off saying it should be... At least thats what i took from it as he couldnt understand or speak English? All food was not correct! Eat as so hungry but ended up throwing up food as stone cold and gave bad intergestion. Items missings and as yet waiting for a reply from Uber regarding a full refund! Explained to smak burgur, uber does not respond and when they do, they say to contact the restaurant (which we did) but no refunde so had to contact the bank!! Never again will we order from here.

1 /5 Nicole Radosevic: I want to share my disappointing experience at the Orpington branch. After I had already placed my order, a staff member approached me to say that dogs were not allowed, even though I had my 2-month-old puppy inside her closed carrier bag, completely out of sight. I explained that she was calm, quiet, and staying inside the bag without causing any disturbance, but they still insisted that I could not remain there. What makes it even more frustrating is that London is supposed to be a pet-friendly city, yet it is still surprisingly difficult to find places where you can comfortably eat with your dog—even when they are fully contained and not bothering anyone. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.

5 /5 Scott Christian-Lim: Really good burgers at a reasonable price. They seem to have struck a good balance of price and taste. Similar to 5 guys but without the price, the fries were good enough but nothing distinct about them like the other chains which is not necessarily a bad thing. The wings were full flavoured and the shakes refreshing. Couple if things to bear in mind the seating is very limited and the Turkey burger is not turkey. Not sure why they call it that.
