5 /5 Olivia Jenkins: If you have not yet tried this restaurant make it next on your list!! I have been here for both lunch and evening meal and every time it is amazing. The food the atmosphere and most importantly the staff are the best!!! Big portions for good prices. Shoutout to Melissa for the delicious cocktails too. Really highly recommend.

If you like Caribbean food or would like a change from the usual and you like supporting Independent’s then this place comes highly recommended. I can’t resist the Jerk Chicken with its great flavour and succulent taste. My wife had the meat free Grenadian Run Down which she said was excellent. Everyone there is so friendly and it has a real family feel about it. Backstory On our way to a show at the o2 Academy we were hoping to find this lovely restaurant we remembered visiting the last time we were here. As luck would have it we found it but it was Friday night and we didn’t have a reservation. Unsurprisingly, it was fully booked but we were offered a place to eat by the bar. We explained we were here for a show and wouldn’t be long and were then offered a table that was reserved for a later time.

5 /5 Keren Golea: Celebrated our friend’s birthday, the staff were very nice and accommodating. They gave the celebrant a cocktail on the house which we appreciate! also the party loved the Jamaican Paradise cocktail! love the vibe of the restaurant overall. Ordered the grilled octopus as starter and tried the tiger prawn as well, both were delicious. And got the oxtail for mains, loved it too! the spices were just perfect and meat was tender. The mac & cheese also a good pair. Got the homemade sorrel which was some kind of herbal drink, it’s sweet but very refreshing. I’ll come back to try other dishes!

5 /5 Mark Girling: Excellent little restaurant serving West Indian classic dishes - not a huge menu. I liked how they had slightly refined the original recipes and the presentation was perfect. It had the curried goat 9had no bones). The rum cake was great - not over soaked in rum. We had a rum punch and that was also excellent. It was super hot on arrival (not spicy hot but food hot). The 2 ladies serving were excellent and super attentive - just perfect.
