1 /5 Arslan Chaudhary: Absolutely ridiculous customer service at this location. The staff member has zero manners and does not know how to talk to customers. Staff member also blatantly refused to apply offers on the app in store, and accused customers of fraud. The offers are on YOUR official APP. Subway needs to investigate this locations staff as they are truly PATHETIC and letting the brand down. Zero stars. As one star is to many.

1 /5 Nathan: Bad customer service. Staff refused to apply offers shown on the Subway app, despite them being valid. No explanation was given and the interaction felt dismissive. Very disappointing experience.

1 /5 Sabrina and Rajit: Had a terrible time ordering from this franchise. Asked for grated cheese and they said it is an extra charge. No other subway I have been to do this. If you order on app the grated cheese option has no extra charge. This is unbelievable! . I could literally stand and order the same thing on the app and not pay extra for grated cheese. The manager still refused! Then I asked for blue light discount to be told they dont do it. Every other subway I have been to in the country does it. The manager kept saying they offer halal food which was completely irrelevant to what I was seeking. He went on to say they offer fresh bread and cookies for customer satisfaction. But so do all subways. In fact I have never had a stale bread from subway. I told him Im not satisfied with his explanation and service. Especially if the app contraindicates his franchise service. Please can subway review this franchises position on inconsistency and provide training to the team in how to actually address and meet customer satisfaction.

1 /5 Akshar Patel: I ordered a Veggie Delite (no patty, just vegetables) and was told they don’t have lettuce. No apology, no explanation—just extremely rude behavior. When I asked for fresh lettuce, the staff member said, “We are selling fresh for 15 minutes, I can’t open a new bag for you,” in a very disrespectful tone. This is Subway. Lettuce is basic. A veggie sub without lettuce is ridiculous. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable—no manners, no customer service, just attitude. I’ve worked as a manager in Subway before, and this behavior is embarrassing for the brand. If you don’t know how to talk to customers, you shouldn’t be behind the counter. I will never come back to this location. Avoid if you expect fresh food or even basic respect

1 /5 Aimee: I visited this Subway on Friday 29th November 2025 at around 1pm, and the experience mirrored the one I had here a year ago. The customer service is genuinely diabolical – not even worthy of a single star. The two staff members on duty (a woman and a man) were both extremely dismissive. They muttered when speaking, avoided eye contact, and refused to help me with the app. Another customer in the queue had to assist me instead. They were also noticeably rude to Uber drivers, which added to the overall unwelcoming atmosphere. Neither of them listened to my order, and they added cheese despite me clearly saying I didn’t want it. They spoke to each other the entire time in a non-English language, with no engagement or respect shown towards customers. Their manner came across as rude and frankly obnoxious. I emailed head office about this branch a year ago because the service was so poor, and returning now showed absolutely nothing has improved. Subway genuinely needs to investigate this location. The standard of service is horrendous and far below what any customer should experience. Proper training, management review and oversight feel essential, because the current behaviour reflects so poorly on the brand. It’s disheartening to think a visitor to the UK could walk in here and believe this represents our customer service. At present, it isn’t even 1% of what it should be.
