5 /5 Sean H: Taste of India A Junction Restaurant is a wonderful spot. Cosy atmosphere, authentic flavour and food that tastes fresh and full of character. Everything I tried was delicious and the place has a warm, welcoming feel the moment you walk in. A huge part of what made the experience even better was Komal, she was exceptional from start to finish. Friendly, attentive and genuinely caring. She checked in at the perfect times, offered thoughtful recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her kindness and professionalism truly elevated the whole evening. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

5 /5 D Sharma: ⭐ Lovely Indian Afternoon Tea Experience ⭐ Had a wonderful Indian afternoon tea at Best Western Heathrow. Chef Narayan and Lorenco prepared incredibly delicious food with great attention to detail. Suleman was very friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, the food was very tasty and the ambience was relaxing and welcoming. Highly recommended!

2 /5 Shubham Sharma: We visited your restaurant expecting a smooth dining experience given the price point, but unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. Our starter arrived only after 45 minutes, and our main dish was still not served. Despite ordering both together, we had to remind the staff twice just to receive our starter and drinks, which forced us to leave our seats — a completely unacceptable experience. Eventually, we decided to pack our main dish due to the excessive delay. The food itself was underwhelming. The Naan bread was tiny and far from authentic, while the starter, Dahi Papdi Chaat, was decent but lost its appeal after the long wait. While the staff was polite and friendly, they were unapproachable and inattentive. Our feedback was ignored, and no apology or acknowledgment was offered for the poor service. On a positive note, the ambience was attractive and calm, which could have enhanced the experience if paired with proper service.

4 /5 Andy Hessey: Afternoon tea with a difference… Indian style Chefs Narayan and Ricardo did a fantastic job reimagining the British classic. Suleman and Komal were excellent front of house Just a shame it was an almost totally empty restaurant - especially given it was a Saturday afternoon.
