1 /5 Pauline Evans: My sister and I made a Too Good To Go order to collect between 9.30pm- 10pm.
There was no customer service, the young lady made no eye contact.
Upon receiving my order, I recognised that the container was extremely light.
When I returned home, opened the container, to my dismay and shock, the contents were burnt.
I could not decide if I was served rice and peas or plain rice. The rice was BURNT AND DRY!!!
The taste was terrible ( ended up in the bin)
The Plantin was also burnt, then I was given 1 chicken wing and 3 shrimps( those went as I do not eat these)
I am so disappointed with the service received.
I would never eat at the restaurant, it was my first and very last time eating there.
Due to purchasing through the To Good To Go app, does not warrant the right to serve unpalatable food.
SHAME ON YOU TASTE SOUL GOOD!!!!
