TGI Fridays - (Near Barnet, South East)

1 /5 Mahdi Light: Seriously do not ever go to this T.G.I Fridays please save your money! The worst restaurant I have been to in the last three years and Im not even a harsh reviewer. The burger was completely dry, the cheese looked old and stale and didnt really taste of anything. The barbecue sauce was this very watered down brown thing. Youd hope the chips would be redeeming but no. My SO who ordered pasta was equally dissatisfied which I initially put to her being picky but upon tasting the pasta was shocked as to how it could go wrong.

1 /5 Jason Badu: This was by far the worst dinning experience I have had this far. The heating system was broken so they used portable ones.....we waited 7minutes to be seated (it wasnt packed). They dont know what BBQ sauce is and continued to bring me wattery brown sauce until I complained. My partner finished her food before they finally brought the correct sauce to then be told we will take the 99p sauce price off the bill. I was livid. I then went to the toilet to find a pool of water in the doorway, slipping on my way in.....when we requested a manager I think she travelled all the way form the Kingston branch by the looks of things as she took 15minutes to come and see us. Eat there but be prepared for shocking service.

5 /5 Darren Naylor: Always go to this TGIs. Rejoice our waitress recognised us and always give top class customer service. Interacts with our 2 daughters and always has a snails on her face. One of the reasons we return to this branch. People complain of no disable access, walk round the left side Steps and up the road and youll see there is! I have witness many people eat here and most have no respect for the staff doing their jobs! We have never found them to be rude or anything other than nice.

5 /5 Laura Kenny: I have been here a few times and i have never had any reason to complain. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the food is great. I arranged a meal there for my mums birthday and the staff were brilliant. They brought the cake out to her and got everyone in the restaurant to sing happy birthday to her while she stood up. She loved it!

4 /5 Mustafa Al-Naseri: Food here is fantastic and the service is lovely. Always a fun time here :D Maybe... one or two bad experiences in the past, but admittedly I usually always see different staff whenever I come here... Except for Ali at the bar who has been there for years and is a stand-up guy Once had a staff member tear my receipt in half off the machine and storm off with an angry thank you cos she thought I wasnt tipping her - I was but in cash - made sure to tell the concierge to let her know before I left. Though this was a good three years ago... Wonder what shes doing now... Most recent visit was yesterday with my other half - served by a guy called Nathan. Great guy, knew what he was doing. Unfortunate incident with the lights switching off for some reason - it wasnt pitch black but a bit darker than one would like to eat dessert in... Had to ask for money off for this and got 10% off... Not too impressed with managers decision there but Nathan was great. I have a feeling this place might be closing down soon due to developments in the area - which would be sad - this TGIs has been here a while and many would be sad to see it go :(
