Food was spot on, a duck cassoulet you could brag about to any French chef and a chicken pie that stopped my thought processes in its tracks. Service was of Gourmand quality and an open kitchen reminds you that you are dealing with pros. Best thing was it was opening night for the menu, and they executed without hiccup. Joe and Drew were most attentive and knowledgeable, and made this American feel like he was back home eating at their local dinner spot. Trying to figure this back into my plans before heading home, its that good.
