The Pancake House - (Near , South East)

4 /5 Lucky: had lunch here on our first day! we sat outside to eat as a table of 7. really nice pancakes, lots of angry dogs. really good portion sizes for the price!! toilets were clean but couldn’t get the soap to work. we didn’t realise there was a high service charge so it left us confused when we were splitting the bill!

5 /5 Lily Stevens: Absolutely fantastic. The service was great. The food was amazing also and reasonably priced especially considering it’s in Centre Parks which is so expensive. Overall a fantastic experience made by the team and the food. Definitely go and give it a try.

5 /5 Mark Ngavaite: Took a chance by turning up but luckily there was space for a large group of us, who just happen to decide we should at least try the menu. Staff where really nice and welcoming to use and guided us through anything we was not sure of. From ordering to eating, food was really good as well as arrived on time for everyone to eat at the same time. There was even an Ellas kitchen snack for free included for the kids. If you have a group of 4 or more people then boom in advance, or avoid busy times to not be disappointed

2 /5 Dan Hingley: Not a great experience tbh. The staff were friendly enough and the wait times were minimal. However a couple of things. Several times a week the pancake house closes at 16:30. The last time slot you can book is 15:45. Dont book at this time. We had just ordered our food and a member of staff approaches us and says that they are closing for drinks and coffees. Bare in mind we had only just ordered and received our first drinks. Then after receiving the food it was cold, and the waffle was rock hard almost like it had been under a heat lamp for a while. The pancakes were also cold. We then got asked 5 minutes into our meal whether we would be wanting dessert. It was just like they were trying to get rid of us! Either open longer or reduce your booking slots! For that reasons coupled with the menus needing a good clean I rate this 2.4 out of 5. I love centreparcs itself, however I feel if this restaurant was outside of centreparcs it would not be open very long.

5 /5 Diana Manasieva: Went twice for our weekend away, once with booking and once without. Both time were given middle room table and had throughout enjoyable experience. Service was polite. Food was simply amazing. We had banoffee, raspberry,Nutella and blueberry pancakes, omelette and smoothies. All was great, thank you. Was not 100% reading all the disappointing reviews but have some experience with other pancakes houses Would return with pleasure and would recommend.
