5 /5 Denisa Tancou: What a hidden gem this place is! It is such a cosy pub that serves really amazing food. We came here for our anniversary and had the festive set menu, the portions were really good and the food was great. I think this must be my new favourite pub around Kent.

5 /5 Austen Marsh: A delightful country pub, which serves good food in a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. We visited on a Sunday and were welcomed in the bar area (glad to see there is still a drinking area) and then shown to our table. The pub is a part of a small group of local pubs, which have similar menus. I had the Sunday special of roast lamb, which came with roasted vegetables, cauliflower cheese and Yorkshire pudding, all well cooked and tasty. Theres a good variety of desserts and I enjoyed the sticky toffee pudding. The price is a little more expensive than pub fare, but worth it for the extra quality.
