Nancy Somra We had a wonderful experience at Ottolenghi in Richmond. From the start, Kevin took amazing care of us, ensuring we had a comfortable area perfect for our family with kids. He walked us through the menu, recommended dishes based on our dietary needs, and handled last-minute requests (including a fish dish for the kids) with complete ease. The food was exceptional — full of flavour and beautifully presented. For our first visit, it couldn’t have been better, and we’re already excited to come back again. A special thank-you to Kevin, whose attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism truly elevated the whole experience. He made us feel completely looked after and turned a lovely brunch into something memorable.

Gagan was exceptionally kind and professional, patiently guiding me through the menu and helping me decide what to order without any rush. His attentiveness made the experience feel genuinely welcoming. The food arrived shortly after and was beautifully presented. Most importantly, the taste was spectacular — every bite melted in my mouth. The spices were perfectly balanced, full of flavour without being overpowering, and the chicken was grilled to absolute perfection. I had ordered a quarter chicken (leg piece) 3 wings with rice. The atmosphere was lovely, creating a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. I also have to commend the outstanding work ethic of the entire team. After my meal, I had the pleasure of speaking with the chef, Nipun, who was incredibly humble and kind, with such a warm and approachable demeanor — it truly added a personal touch to the experience. Cesar Smith An excellent place with wonderfully freshly prepared food and attentive and polite staff. One of my favourite spots in Richmond when I’m in the mood for some healthy and tastily prepared food. If you’re into chicken Shish, Kebab, and tabbouleh I’d highly recommend. Very quick service as well.

Thomas Albert Maufer The coffee was pretty good but honestly I prefer Chai Latte in colder weather. The food looked good, but it was too close to dinnertime for me to try the food. If youre in the area, Id say that its a good place to get coffee and pastry. The hot chocolate is also nice on a chilly rainy afternoon.

AML Great experience! We had the American pizza with pepperoni and it was absolutely delicious – thin crust, tasty ingredients, and perfectly cooked. I can’t eat gluten, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, adapting the whole menu for me. I had a starter, pizza, and dessert, all gluten-free and all amazing. Highly recommended, especially for coeliacs or anyone with dietary needs. Will definitely be back!
