Id strongly reccomend this chinese food. Thank you to the polite & patient gentleman i spoke to on the day i ordered & collected.

5 /5 Lourdes Downey: I came with my family for my Nans birthday meal this passed Sunday, accompanied by my service dog, whom I would not be out and about without as I have autism and C-PTSD, and find going out in public very challenging, especially restaurants. The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating! They made sure my service dog had water and even brought him some boiled chicken. That was SO incredibly sweet and kind of them! On top of that, the food was amazing! I ended up trying things I never thought Id like, and loved every bite! The dog also loved the chicken, what a lovely treat for a hard-working dog from an amazing restaurant! We tried to tip them but they refused, saying to put the money towards a service dog charity which was very kind, and it will be put to good use. So instead of a tip, heres a 5 Star review to show how incredibly grateful I am that the staff at Voongs made me, my family, and my service dog EXTREMELY welcome. To anyone who has a service dog, or a disability that needs accommodating, and wants to enjoy a good dinner out, Voongs is the place! 10/10, recommended! They will ABSOLUTELY take care of you and make sure you(and your service dog) are comfortable! Will absolutely be returning in the future, and I am very much looking forward to our next visit! No competition! Voongs has officially become my favourite restaurant!
