Wing Lee Loi Chinese Takeaway - (Near Hounslow, South East)

1 /5 Bhavin Prakash: I have been visiting this takeaway for the past 2 years and I am disgusted by the customer service provided. On two separate occasions there has been issues with the order and when asked to put right the staff are so rude and show attitude. They make it sound like they are giving the food for free when customers are paying for their food. The owners need to improve the customer service. Definitely not recommended to anyone unless you would like a bad experience. The food is also average, the Singapore noodles are full of turmeric and have no flavour. Customer service should be at the top of every business and something WLL should be focusing on.

1 /5 Archna: I am a local and have visited this takeaway several times, however this is the second occasion I am appalled by the customer service. The staff have no manners of how to talk with customers and when asked a simple valid question about the complementary prawn crackers, the staff showed so much attitude and disrespect. The food is average, most of the times the chicken has been quite chewy. Would definitely tell the owners to show more respect to customers and have basic work ethics in place. Would not recommend people to visit.

2 /5 Bhupendra Vadgama: I’m local person and have been using this Chinese restaurant for several years but very disappointed in my last two orders when I ordered beef and black bean sauce. I just thought that they are taking the cheapest option by providing a poor quality beef for this dish and I think they should know this. I don’t mind paying the extra price and I think many people would instead of beef being like chewing gum.

2 /5 Major: Pork curry and salt and chilli chips, curry sauce ok would of liked a bit more spice and pork is processed and heated up. Chips have been over cooked and ate more salt and garlic however I did like the garlic taste. For the money £10.80 this place gets a 2 star the woman behind the counter 10 stars as very good customer service

1 /5 Carl Watson: Well what can I say used to be good ordered the other weeks and when it arrived it was wrong phoned up the bloke on the end of the phone was rude wouldn’t except he was wrong after 10 years of ordering from here I’m going elsewhere much better Chinese shop near me
