YAAD Lyfe Vybz Restaurant - (Near Croydon, South East)

Fakrul Islam I was put off by some of the reviews but recently went there while waiting for my car at the local mechanic. The food was really very nice, Maashaa Allah. Alhamdulillah. Have been back 3 or 5 times since. The chicken and lamb tikka Biryanis are both good and the chicken tikka roll was actually one of nicest chicken tikka rolls Ive had anywhere from the places in the surrounding area. The vegetable samosa are also excellent. Perfect crispiness and taste for a veggie samosa, imo. The keer (Rice pudding?) is also very tasty. Im not really much of a foodie but Im writing this like one because the food was surprisingly good. Good atmosphere, nice inside, very clean and good seating. Staff are excellent as well. Five stars all around for me. Forgot to add that the pricing is quite low too, comparitively, so good value for money as well.

Bhavini Patel We had the most fantastic service and experience in Santosh. Firstly, Parth (who served us) was so welcoming and friendly, and always smiling. The selection of food is amazing and Parth gave us two cups of hot delicious masala tea to have whilst we waited for a few of the items to be cooked. He then gave us samples of food to try as and when it was being cooked fresh and we stood in the shop having debra, tofu paratha, crispy bhajia, handvo and spring roll. It was all honestly SO delicious. We were thinking to have lunch somewhere nearby and after this, didn’t need to! What an experience. We left with content bellies and a bag full of delicious food to take home. The food is all made fresh in their kitchen and is absolutely delicious. Yasmin Coutinho Ordered off Just Eat a few days ago and I can’t stop thinking about how tasty the okra stew was. So much flavour. The best okra stew I’ve had!

Ashley Taylor This is such a great little place. We ordered crispy beef which was yum. Special fried rice chow mein chicken balls sweet and sour chicken. Bbq ribs. Salt and pepper wings and we couldn’t fault it. Recommended by Keiron. Great shout!

Richard Tillman Great family run restaurant, always happy to offer anything not on the menu, down to earth, homely feel, great prices, nice specials, well worth going to as a couple or for a dinner party. I would defiantely recommend the ribs, in a sauce I have never tasted anyware else. I would definately recommend

Heather Elliott Had a brilliant experience. I had to give the waitresses my positive comments. The place was full of clients too. Service was quick, Rum Punch was real rum punch.. My steam fish reminded me of JA.. Please keep up the good work. It makes a difference receiving excellent service from a jamaican black business.
