5 /5 Suraj Thapa Magar: Amazing place with a lovely team of staff who really make the experience warm and welcoming. The food looks absolutely stunning,beautifully presented and appetising. I tried the salmon tartare, which looked amazing, though the crostini was unfortunately very hard, possibly from being prepared too far in advance. The fish and chips also looked fantastic, with a crisp golden batter, but the fish lacked seasoning, just a touch would have lifted it. The chicken roast was a highlight, the gravy was phenomenal. The kale, however, would be easier to enjoy if cut into bite sized portions. The potatoes looked amazing with a nice crust, though again, some seasoning would have made them perfect. Overall, I still gave 5 stars because the experience was worth it, and I believe a few small improvements could take the food to the next level. Writing this in detail because I genuinely want to share helpful feedback, I’ll definitely be back!

5 /5 Metal Mama: Decided to have a drink in the bar as I was staying in the hotel and needed to kill some time. The bar is light and airy with ample seating at the bar itself, or at one of the tables. I chose a window seat on a sofa with an amazing novelty table. There was a choice of magazines on the table and made for a relaxing way to enjoy a quiet drink and read. Loved the modern decor. There were quite a few customers in the bar when I arrived, and a constant stream throughout my hour visit. Many were ordering cocktails and dining in.

2 /5 Natalie Mossaz: I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone with dietary requirements. I pre-booked a table for a birthday meal and emailed ahead to let them know that we had one soy allergy and one dairy allergy. When we arrived we ordered from the vegan menu for the dairy free and after a full hour a waiter came to the table to say it had been cooked with butter and did we want to order something different, without any explanation on why it hadnt just been cooked again without butter as it was clearly on the vegan menu. Then whilst ordering another meal we asked that the childs meal be brought asap as we had already waited a full hour for food and our 4 year old had been waiting so patiently but was understandably starting to get really hungry and restless. 5 minutes later a waiter came back to say that the second meal we had ordered from the vegan menu also contained dairy, at which point we asked for an explanation about why everything on the vegan menu contained dairy? The waiter went back to the kitchen and came back another 5 minutes later to say they had got confused and it will be fine and dairy free. Another 10 minutes passed, and still no food for my daughter. So a full 20 minutes after asking for hers to be brought out and an hour and a half after ordering. The food finally came all together (give or take the sides which came when the food was half finished). Some of it was delivered to the table by the manager who made absolutely zero effort to apologise or try to make amends. My husband had to go to the bar to speak to her just before the food came and we were told we would get the vegan meal for free but to be honest an apology at the table and a bit of accountability for our poor experience and reassurance that the food wouldnt contain dairy would have gone much further than a free dish. The manager just came and dumped food on the table without a word. Having managed in hospitality for many years I found this to be pretty disgusting. She definitely could have saved us as customers if she had have come to us with an apology and explanation. The food was actually delicious and the waitress was very sweet. But we wont be returning due to the poor experience and further poor management of the situation and will definitely not be recommending this restaurant to anyone, especially anyone with dietary requirements.

5 /5 Ugne Zileviciute: I have popped into this hotel to see my mom yesterday and we decided to grab a quick meal at the restaurant. We were served by Sasha who has made our experience a delight, the food was amazing and I really loved the harbar burger. The atmosphere was great and id definitely recommend to visit this place, especially during the upcoming warmer season ;)
