Junior Reis Staff was super friendly and approachable. The facilities were very clean. No wait time as we were taken to nice cosy booth as soon as we walked in. We were waiting one a friend to arrive but were offered drinks straight away and even though the place looked reasonably full and one or two empty tables the staff was on top form.

Joanne Dawkins Excellent Sunday roast 9.5/10. Very rare to get a gluten free Yorkshire pudding option. Beautiful beef cooked to perfection, extra jug of gravy and lovely roast potatoes. Would be 10/10 if the cauliflower cheese had been gluten free (made with corn flour rather than regular flour). Also if there was an option to buy a side dish of additional vegetables ie carrots and peas to share. I love a margarita and asked for it on the rocks which they were happy to do which was great. It’s a lovely venue and the staff were amazing as very attentive, Louisa and LJ especially. We will definitely be back, great to learn it’s also dog friendly so will next time take our dogs.

ScooterVonHootananny These places are an enigma. The staff are great but the place is always tired looking. But thats what you get if you compete on price. The weird thing is checking into a double room to hear you only get one keycard . Me having to leave the room and my partner still in the room preparing to go to sleep . Who gets the card? She can either stay in the dark or had to get up to let me back in . Photos are from the adjoining bar . Again, great staff but tired furniture .

Aidan Magson We went to the Ivy Canterbury for lunch on a Friday. We had the avocado puree, sourdough bread and arancini as appetizers, it was all very good food. We had the cheese souffle and duck salad as starters. The duck salad was excellent, I would get this again. I couldnt help but think the cheese souffle was too similar to an omelette to be called anything else. For mains we ate scallop and prawn linguine and the Moroccan chicken. We were actually full before we even got to the mains, but the mains were lovely. We had Fiona serve us and couldnt have asked for better service, she was attentive and polite, every course came out in a timely manner. We also had two lagers each and a still water for the table. Overall, the meal was worth what we paid but you get what you pay for at this restaurant, I would go back again to try some of the other options on the menu.

Hannah I typically have their food delivered and for the price the portions are fantastic. I get the egg fried rice and the ribs that are so juicy and last me days in servings

craig snell Ordered take away Monday night. Food was ready with no delivery driver available. status changed from delivery to preparing order. 25 mins later the food arrived stone cold 4 wraps all cold 2 portions chips stone cold and if i combined both portions together it wouldnt have even made 1 proper portion. Dont advertise buy 1 get 1 free and then change the portion sizes to suit . There was 2 drinks missing from order. i had a half price option if i had paid the full £70.00 for this i would have returned it to the restaurant and demanded a full refund. . Avoid
