What Clients Are Saying Sunny Hill Cafe (GG)
5 /5 Solmaz Mousaee: A beautiful and peaceful atmosphere with very positive energy. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were polite and professional, especially DERVISH who was extremely friendly and respectful.
Highly recommended,
I will definitely come back again.
5 /5 L Ella (ElaMy): I had a lovely experience at Sunny Hill Cafe! The atmosphere was warm, rustic, and peaceful—being set in a park really makes it feel like a hidden gem. I tried shakshuka for the first time—while it might not fully be to my taste, I appreciated the quality and care in how it was made. Next time, I’ll probably go for the schnitzel! The highlight for me was the carrot cake—freshly baked and absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. A charming spot I’d happily return to!
4 /5 Ali Noorani: Had better food in the past. Still pretty good. Good brunch options. The schnitzel was disappointing. Had a Smokey flavor.
5 /5 Seymour Yang: This place is a little oasis! Wonderful food, super super friendly staff.
I last came here some 15 years ago but the small wooden building has expanded with more seats. It’s really warm inside, important in winter time!
I ate the halloumi in pitta with salad but they also let me try their home made chilli sauce and it was incredible!
Will definitely come again.
5 /5 Sandeep Bermi: A classic hidden gem in London. The word "cafe" does not do this place justice. Phenomenal food, service and vibes. Also remarkably priced less than ÂŁ60 for a family of 4 for a top class meal. Strongly recommend.
C hi Good Uzbek vegan choices that you must try! They had vegan plov which is a traditional rice dish, vegan Many which is dumplings with pumpkin and lag man which is vegan hand pulled noodles. Hey also have non vegan options. Staff are friendly and service is great. They are located on the ground floor and there is loads of seating.
Raz Possibly the best takeaway Ive ever had. Flavours were incredible, hefty portion, the braised beef was so tender. Have recommended it to so many people already. Glad to finally see a branch close to me!
Mel M Ive always enjoyed my visits to this restaurant. However, today service was very slow, and the staff seemed a little uninterested. We had to repeatedly ask staff members if they could take our order.
The food was very tasty and fresh, and I liked the fact that we were not rushed to quickly eat and leave. We had plenty of time to eat our meals and have a good conversation.
Manuel Abayomi I ordered jollof rice with plantain and assorted meat, moi-moi, efo riro with pounded yam and assorted meat, and efo egusi with pounded yam and assorted meat. I paid ÂŁ23 for each of the dishes. At first, I thought it was expensive, but the portions, especially the meat, were generous. So, it the costs were reasonable and the food was extremely delicious.
