The menu isn’t extensive, but honestly that just shows how focused and well-done the food is. We ordered the bibimbap, sundubu jjigae, and bulgogi, and every single dish was delicious. The bibimbap was comforting and flavorful, the sundubu jjigae was perfectly rich and warming, and the bulgogi was tender, juicy, and full of savory goodness. Simple place, big flavors. One of those hidden gems you’re really glad you didn’t walk past.

Paul Witham My partner and I love it at Establos Rustington. We are normally here twice a week. The food is good and the staff really, lovely and friendly. My partner is an artist and Im a writer. The staff dont seem to mind us painting or writing after a meal and are always friendly and interested in what we do. Would recommend Establos to anyone! Our favourite bar/eaterie.
