The Refectory Pub & Restaurant - (Near , london)

Sarbabaie I take short trips nearly every weekend to see the whole of UK one location at a time. And I must say this hotel was one of my favourites. The room was a good size with big bed and double doored balcony which helps immensely in the winter. The room cleanliness and the breakfast were good and the staff were the highlight, as they went above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully in the summer to enjoy the open swimming pool. This hotel is for adventurers and people who love to hike, might not be ideal for the social media, picture perfect type.

Bruno Rodrigues Great Turkish food. We came in at 11 PM on a Sunday, so the store was empty and dishes were ready super fast. Waiters were understandably just waiting for their shift to end but were kind nevertheless. Everything was tasty and well presented; my favourite dish was the Muska Boregi, which is the triangular-shaped pastry that was stacked with tasty mozzarella.

Nistha Chakraborty We came here to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and were wowed by the menu here. It is so unique and geared towards coastal cuisine. The service was really good. We can highly recommend the morel and the chicken chops in starters. The kofta was really good as well. We need to come back here to try the rest of the menu. We were given complimentary dessert for celebration.

Rick Cannon Went for a drink early on a Friday evening. Nice spot to sit outside and people watch. We werent able to stay for the live music, but Ive been before and its worth checking out!

SARJU PATEL Lovely evening celebration for wifes birthday. Archana did a fantastic job waiting on our table. Rest of staff where superb and food was amazing as where the cocktails! We will be back for sure

Áine D We arrived for a bottomless brunch and unfortunately werent served until half an hour after wed sat down. I had to go up to the bar to ask to be served our drinks and our food. after going to the bar, the manager advised us our server would be down to us. We waited another 10 minutes. Eventually they came down to take our food order and drink order. After we were finished our food and a second drink, we had to wait another 40 minutes to get another drink, so within the space of 90 minutes, we only got three drinks. This wasnt great service at all. Until Crystal and Adam jumped in and came along and extended our bottomless brunch and also gave us a complimentary bottle of prosecco for the inconvenience. Had Crystal and Adam not intervened, I would not have rated this experience a five star. They were super helpful, and honestly I would come back again if I knew Crystal and Adam were the ones involved in the bottomless brunch. They were super hospitable and accomodating and are a credit to Bromley o Neills
