Kalista Sky We enjoyed our visit to Old Beams. The interior is beautiful and full of character, with a charming old-style design and lots of warm wood details that create a very cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even nicer. The portions were generous and nicely presented. We tried the lamb and the beef — the lamb was delicious, while the beef was a bit on the tough side. Overall, it was a lovely place to dine and we would be happy to come back.

Milind Girish Good value portions, very hearty food. They have changed the menu recently to their own cuisine. Thoroughly recommend their chicken soup, absolutely fantastic.

The food is always freshly prepared, I love seeing the chefs at work creating the goodies. Our ladies run club finishes there every Sunday for our post run social & the ladies love it! shel Red The three-course Christmas meal was absolutely delicious and beautifully thought out from start to finish. The starter of portobello mushroom was rich, hearty, and perfectly cooked, offering deep, earthy flavours that set the tone for the rest of the meal. The main course, turkey, was wonderfully tender and full of traditional festive flavour. It was cooked to perfection, juicy and satisfying, and paired brilliantly with the accompanying elements to create a comforting and classic Christmas experience. To finish, the apple and strawberry crumble was a real highlight. The fruit was sweet and gently tangy, balanced perfectly by a golden, crumbly topping that added just the right amount of texture. It was a delightful and indulgent end to a fantastic meal. Overall, this three-course Christmas dinner was comforting, flavoursome, and thoughtfully prepared — a truly enjoyable festive treat that left everyone feeling content and well cared for.

Bad Little Cook Stunning lunch at Fourth and Church yesterday! Five star, fine dining and top notch service.. with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Great value lunch set menu, nice portion size with gorgeous flavours! Our servers Ruby and Peter really knew their stuff! They were both so attentive and second guessed all our needs, offering great advice on wine and even offering a taster on one we’d commented on. They made our day! And the food was next level too. Chef’s kiss! Well done on all your recent awards! Hugely deserved, we shall be back !!!
