5 /5 D !: Attended an art opening combined with birthday party and Syrian cook / chef dished up the most flavoursome food. Ottolenghi without the price tag. Usually cooks Friday eves. Defo worth a visit folks!

5 /5 Katy Brown: Whatever day of the week you visit the Bonnington Cafe you wont regret it - it is an incredible place to eat and one of my favourite veggie spots in the whole world. Dining spaces are so cosy and homely it feels like visiting friends and family, and the value is unbeatable. If you can, visit on a Wednesday to meet Arfa and enjoy her delicious food, warm hospitality and generous portions - we ate until we couldnt eat any more and took some home! Thank you Arfa, well be back (often hopefully!)

5 /5 Kemika42: Scrumptious vegetarian and vegan community restaurant. You go to their website and phone the local neighbour who is cooking this evening to book in. All costs go to maintaining the community space. Its a super wholesome place. The neighbouring houses who live on the street got a lottery grant in the 90s and all co-own the building.

5 /5 Hywel Maslen: Coming here was like being able to eat the food you might spend all day making yourself for your friends with love and care. Originally set up to feed the local community, one can feel these good vibes still. The space is beautifully light in a stunning little cul de sac with pleasant trees and gardens nearby, just two minutes from a very busy thoroughfare. Wonderfully quiet and peaceful. One got the sense coming here for the first time that everyone living local comes here to meet up and relax and eat truly great vegetarian food prepared with care and love. Exceptionally good service and atmosphere, with some great music playing, this is somewhere I will be coming back to time and again. This restaurant if fine with your bringing your own alcoholic drinks. It appears from day to day the menu could change but the food will always be great. Today had tacos and nachos and as you can see from the photos they were all superb. Im so happy to have found this place and hope you visit too. Thank you so much for a great evening.
