5 /5 K Toscano: Amazing food and atmosphere. I had the set menu and they were so accommodating to me being coeliac, offering alternatives for anything I couldn’t have and very aware to use different utensils and pans for everything (they do this anyway so very reassuring). The food was unbelievable, I would definitely recommend the tortilla! Only bit of feedback I have is that the sangria was ever so slightly too sweet (think it was made with sprite rather than lemonade and it made it an overly sweet). But overall great atmosphere, staff and most importantly food

2 /5 Maxime Roumagnac: We were really looking forward to trying this spot as Spanish food aficionados. The positive reviews intrigued us, so we decided to give it a go. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The atmosphere is warm, cosy, and inviting, but the service and food quality are suboptimal. Several dishes were no longer available on a Saturday evening at 8:30pm (no cured meats, no king prawns, and even the pork cheeks were running out). We soon realised a large table of 10–12 guests booked for 9:30pm appeared to be prioritised. The food was decent but nothing exceptional, and the portion sizes do not justify the prices. The menu is very small and minimalist, you would expect expectional flavours. There are better Spanish restaurants in London.

5 /5 Hazel F: Finally ticked Broken Eggs off my list! Small cosy restaurant in Fitzrovia with indoor and outdoor seating. They’ve got a small menu but everything on the menu sounds delicious and I want to try them all. There were three of us and we ordered all the small plates to share. Loved all the dishes especially the croquettes and tortilla. Ended the meal with a rich creamy brunt basque cheesecake. I would love to come back again to eat everything all over again and also to try the nibble dishes on the menu. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. This is such a lovely spot for Spanish food. My Spanish colleague also highly rates it! I would recommend booking a table. We booked and shortly after we sat down, the whole restaurant was full including people sitting outside.

4 /5 victor guerrero: Good food, but the pricing needs a rethink Broken Eggs is a cosy little spot with a proper Spanish feel, tapas-style dishes, a short menu, and flavours that genuinely taste like home. As a Spaniard myself, I can say the food is authentic, well seasoned, and fresh. We tried pretty much the whole menu, and nothing disappointed. The Basque cheesecake was a highlight, and the sangria was lovely. That said, the value for money is where things get shaky. Portion sizes are on the small side, and for some dishes the prices feel exorbitant. £6 for five anchovies is hard to justify, and overall the bill climbs quickly for what is mostly potatoes, eggs, and vegetarian options. Our total was around £140, which felt steep for the type of dishes served. On top of that, a 12.5% service charge is automatically added even though the menu states it applies to parties of one or more, which basically means everyone. The space itself is cosy but the seating is tiny and not the most comfortable. Overall: great flavours and authentic Spanish cooking, but pricing and portions need improvement. If you go, go for the food just be ready for a higher bill than expected.
