3 /5 World Traveller Plus: Not overly impressed with the food. Food tasted like it had been pre cooked the day before & left on a warming tray. Came out lukewarm. No one came to ask if everything was okay.

2 /5 Angela M. Santander M.: A major disappointment in London. We were looking for authentic Italian food and ended up at this chain, but the experience was subpar. The food is average at best—bordering on poor—and the service was nothing special. We ordered appetizers, mains, and dessert, yet nothing met our expectations. It feels like a place designed for tourists who dont know any better. Its not even a budget-friendly option for the quality you get. There are so many superior Italian spots in London; I definitely wouldnt recommend this one and I wont be returning. Save your money for a more authentic meal elsewhere.

5 /5 Jason Batup: Had a fantastic meal in this incredibly busy restaurant. The staff were SUPERB - very knowledgeable and friendly, despite the pressure they were under. The service was made in good time and the food was excellent - and very reasonably priced. Would DEFINITELY visit again - the best Carluccio’s I’ve ever visited, by some margin and the main difference- THE STAFF. A slightly more mature FOH team than you would normally find in restaurants, but these extra years of experience, and, presumably additional staff costs, to afford such top quality waiting staff was paying dividends as the place was HEAVING including lots of repeat customers who, like me, enjoy great customer service. The service was so great that we soon forgot that we had queued - OUTSIDE AT FIRST, and this was in January, it was cold! - for nearly half an hour to get a table, it was SO WORTH IT!!

4 /5 Mehrva Arvin: Met couple of friends for breakfast there after so many years and I am very please with what we had. The food was delicious and the portions just right. At last somewher in this trip the bacon(pancetta)was so crisp and tasty, the way it should be, at least for me:)friends were happy with their food as well. The service was great as well. Thanks for still keeping up your quality after all these years.

It was very busy when we arrived, but the manager, Eddie, went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. His professionalism and friendly attitude immediately set a positive tone for the evening. Despite how busy the restaurant was, the service remained attentive and efficient. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was lively yet welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. A big thank you to Eddie and the team for their outstanding hospitality. We’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Carluccio’s to others.If you want, I can also make a shorter version for Google Reviews or a more casual one.
