Nancy Somra We had a wonderful experience at Ottolenghi in Richmond. From the start, Kevin took amazing care of us, ensuring we had a comfortable area perfect for our family with kids. He walked us through the menu, recommended dishes based on our dietary needs, and handled last-minute requests (including a fish dish for the kids) with complete ease. The food was exceptional — full of flavour and beautifully presented. For our first visit, it couldn’t have been better, and we’re already excited to come back again. A special thank-you to Kevin, whose attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism truly elevated the whole experience. He made us feel completely looked after and turned a lovely brunch into something memorable.

Rhiannon Williams Delicious food. Lovely location. Great if you have a trainspotter in your friends/family circles as its right next to the railway station. The decor is fab tying in with the Kew garden theme, the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. The bar was full because of rugby 6 nations Games and the Olympics but the noise and atmosphere was fun and not too unwelcoming or raucous. The indoor dining is in a separate area to the main bar. There were plenty of people sat outside even on a cold February Eve. It seems like its a local favourite.

Laura Konieczny Saxon took care of our champagne brunch with great ease and kindness. We enjoyed the food and the ambiance, although quiet it’s expected for January but service didn’t waiver. Look forward to coming back!

Meris Pashaj An absolute must! Great experience in Tower House during the soft opening. The venue is gorgeous and welcoming with stunning decor. Food is delicious, great variety to choose from with some pasta dishes, vegetarian choices and great meat and fish selection. We loved the Coppa, potato Carbonara and the tortelloni. The staff is attentive and well trained. Thank you to the team for the amazing evening, we’ll definitely be back!

M H A fun evening of pasta making, great tuition and hosting from Lenacco & Dorje. Great value for money considering the endlessly flowing Prosecco. A suitable evening for all, friends, family & date night. You eat what you make and I never thought I’d be able to make a meal that I’d enjoy having never made pasta before.
