5 /5 Cee Ree: Best Chinese for miles , I live in Feltham and only realised a year ago they deliver here. Food is always amazing always on time and always hot only things that a bit annoying is they sometimes will only take cash which is a bit annoying as I’ve had to cancel before if they did card all the time would be perfect

1 /5 Sanjay Nanda: Paid almost £30 for an order. Asked for chilli oil after i paid, but had no change to pay 90p. The refused to give me even a small pot of chilli oil depsite paying almost £30 for food. Poor customer service. Not good for retaining any customer. Food quality has gone down hill. Food temperature was not hot either. Will not be returning to chungs, but instesd will be going to the other chinese down the road which has been recommended by numerous other people as a far better choice.

5 /5 Phoenix Bikers Club: We have ordered from here few times, and everything is on point. From food, to service. Reasonable pricing in comparison to other local Chinese takeaways in the area. Food is top quality, fresh and tasty. Highly recommended.

1 /5 Sarah England: Two portions of prawn balls were missing from our order. We waited 15 minutes before starting our meal because the food was getting cold, hoping the rest would arrive quickly. Unfortunately, after finishing our dinner, we had to call to ask how much longer it would be. We were told they would arrive “as soon as possible,” yet it took over an hour. When we called to inform them of the mistake, the staff showed no concern or sincerity regarding the inconvenience caused to our family. Waiting over an hour is not “ASAP.” Terrible service and very disappointing.
