Teresa Williams I had a great stay at Premier Inn London Bromley Hotel. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment from the moment you arrive. The room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, making the whole experience even better. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the overall service was excellent. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to transport links, shops, and local amenities. Overall, this Premier Inn offers excellent value for money, reliable quality, and a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Emma Anderson I visited this McDonalds on a Friday evening and it wasnt very busy (only 2 orders ahead of me on the screen.) When the food arrived the chips were cold, but the remaining parts of the order were warm. The restaurant and toilets were tidy and clean, however, the receipt roll in the self-service machine had run out, making it difficult to show proof of my order. Thankfully I took a photo of my collection number on the screen when I realised there was no receipt. The seating area while eating in the restaurant was fine and there were plenty of highchairs available for very small children. I would go back but it was just a bit disappointing to be served cold chips. They had obviously overestimated the quantity needed for a Friday evening, expecting it to be busier, but still served customers cold food rather than cook fresh. This I would like to see an improvement on.

Hayley Jane Peel Visited yesterday Evening as we had a 50% off mains code. Food was good for the reduced price. teak had to be returned as very over cooked but without any issue at all (and new steak was perfectly cooked!) The stand out was the service. LORNA was absolutely fantastic!! Nothing was too much trouble, very attentive without being overbearing we’d return just for her to be honest. She really is an asset to the restaurant (along with all other staff that we encountered) Many Thanks

Tazza Hawwa Nandos... New Menu Tasting Sunset Burger, Spiced grains and Butternut squash, Rainbow Slaw and Peri Chips. Good Customer service , Fast cooking and Table service, Excellent cooking standards. Follows Excellent Covid restrictions, regulations, Hygiene, Cleanliness, Health and safety.

Marion McHardy Lunch with my daughter today. Its a lovely new cafe; bright and clean with friendly welcoming staff. An excellent range of choices on the menu. We had a poacher brunch with really good smoked salmon, and I had the Halloumi loumi (!) with fried bread : ) I would give it 10 stars if I could! We really needed a place like Tonys in Bromley. Thank you to everyone, especially the guys in the kitchen, cooking all the delicious food. Cash only at the moment so make sure you have some!

Angela Always get such excellent and friendly service from ALL STAFF. The food and coffee is fresh and tasty and the price unbeatable. A friend and I came for breakfast (which will see me through until lunch) which was a wonderful way to start the day as we had a leisurely chat and now - 10.30 - we have the rest of the day to do things that need doing!
