1 /5 Jade: I made an order at 8.30am and had to call around 9.30am to find out the drivers ETA. The person who picked up the phone said the driver had already left but part of the food being delivered was the last batch so asked if I didnt mind waiting until 11am when a fresh batch of ingredients was due to be delivered. Of course I said yes however to my surprise nothing was delivered and they stopped answering the phone. This must be some sort of scam company robbing people’s money. I spent £140 and will have to wait 24-48 before a refund is authorised by Deliveroo. Never again!

5 /5 Zac: This was the best seafood boil I ever had in London! Service is great! So flavourful and tender! Best crab ever. You can tell this food is made with love!

1 /5 I ER: I placed an order for £150, and even though I had already paid £10 for delivery, they charged me an additional £30. The delivery time was supposed to be 50 minutes, but the order arrived after 3 hours, the food was cold, and we ended up with food poisoning afterward. I do not recommend ordering from this place — it’s absolutely terrible.

5 /5 Irodotos Savvas: PNK is exactly what London was missing! I am lucky enough to live only a very short distance and enjoy not only the amazing tastes its cuisine has to offer but also the always super friendly and welcoming attitude of Andrew, chef and owner of PNK. I already had the crab with prawns selection and also the lobster dish and they were both super tasty and well cooked. Cant wait to try more of the menus options!!

1 /5 Daniel Vidal: I ordered the food from around 9am ish, for what ever reason they dont have a tracking update via uber eats etc. Waited 2 and a half hours for the app to tell me enjoy my food when the order hadnt even arrived. Attempted to call multiple times eventually at gone 2pm someone finally answers to tell me they need to investigate and get back to me....I have a feeling that getting a refund is going to me a myth. Im very disappointed with this food company. The good reviews must be done by friends or family of the owners because absolutely no way is this company serious. Its actually a joke.
