Michelle Meola Absolutely delicious pizza from this little gem, tucked away off Drayton Park. Im always tempted by the smell of pizza as I walk by and was glad I stopped on my way home tonight. Really friendly and accommodating staff, I got this tasty Capricciosa without ham for a Veggie modification made fresh in no time. Just found out theyre also open for coffee in the morning. Locals should definitely stop by and check them out. Grazie!!!

Gemma Donovan Me and my husband dined at mings yesterday evening to celebrate valentines day. We were warmly welcomed and showed to our table. The service was brilliant and all staff members were friendly. Particularly one of the female members who paid me a very lovely complement and showed an interest in my family. She was the sweetest. The food here is out of this world so much so that we regularly drive 20 minutes from home to collect, as we wont order from anywhere else. We will be back again soon for sure. Thank you for making a well overdue date night even more special :)

N11 Wow the food is very good here the starters and mains were not only delicious but I was blown away by the presentation it was something from a high end diner in London . The meal was reasonably priced combined with excellent service and a beautiful location.

dimple madnani I went to Saka Maka in Sydenham with my family today. Had a great time. The food is lip smacking. My 3 year old also enjoyed the food. We ordered vegetarian options and were really happy with the dishes. Would definitely visit again.

Natalie We had an absolutely fantastic time celebrating our UK wedding ceremony at Kaosarn. We’ve been coming here for years and have always loved the food and the vibe, so it felt like the perfect place to mark such a special occasion. As always, the Thai food was incredibly delicious – full of flavour and beautifully cooked – and the service was outstanding. The team are so attentive, warm and welcoming, and the BYOB is amazing, which made the whole celebration even more relaxed and fun. A huge special shout-out to Gisele, who truly went above and beyond to make our day extra special. She helped us choose our table in advance, laid it beautifully with our wedding decorations, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Gisele and the whole team are excellent and soooo friendly, which really makes Kaosarn stand out. We had the best time, and our family absolutely loved it too. Heather We moved to Forest Gate about three months ago, and we’ve come here at every opportunity. Moving from Hackney we were spoilt for choice with natural wine bars but this place tops them all for atmosphere and choice! It’s a sun trap in good weather but I can see us coming for a cosy glass of wine in the winter. The pop up chef rotation means there’s always something new to try, but in between the Joyau team are cooking up delicious small plates (the cod’s roe is our favourite). We’ll be back time and time again!
